We want you to be completely satisfied with your GUESS timepiece, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unworn watches in their original packaging. Please ensure all protective films and tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the watch you wish to return.
Prepare the Package
Place the watch back in its original GUESS display box with all warranty booklets and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
